I can honestly say that the Yes We Can program has been instrumental in preparing me for current and future careers in the public sector. The knowledge that I received in the program gave me the hands-on experience that I needed coming out of college. As a graduate in political studies, it is not only important to understand the electoral system from a conceptual level, but it is equally important to be able to apply those same ideas. The practical application that I learned was amazing! I recently presented this information to a class of first-year college students and they were much more engaged with what I was delivering than what was being taught in their texts.

Since the training, I have been fielding many offers from around the nation. The program has been the most inspiring, enriching, powerful training that I can recall. One of my favorite things about the program is how practical and useful the material is for "real life" situations both personally and professionally. This is because I not only grasp the concepts of electoral politics as a campaigner or candidate, but now I have a better understanding as a voter of how the electoral system benefits us all. I would definitely hope that more people get involved in the Yes We Can program. In fact, I would be very inclined to recommend the program to those who are seeking a career in politics.
